      Transformers with high capacity maybe sometimes have three windings (In particular cases more, for e.g. split winding transformer). Each phase of three-winding transformer has three windings. When one winding is connected to alternating current power supply, the other two windings induct different electric potential. This kind of transformer is used in load needing two different voltage classes and compared to using two common transformers, it is economic , space saving and easy to maintain and manage.

Amount of local discharged:The apparent discharge amount is less than 80pC under the 1.5 times of rated voltage;
Noise: Products of 63MVA and below is lower than 58dB(AN);
Power loss: no-load loss is 30% lower than that of IEC standard;
Reliability: All in-service product have no damages or oil leakage occurred;
Short circuit withstanding: Model SFZ11-50000/132 smoothly passed the short-circuit withstanding test of the national transformador quality supervision and inspection center and also passed Holland “KEMA” quality Control system.

Excellent Materials
Oxygen-free copper lines of lower resistivity, which will become smoother and burr-free after series of additional surface treatment, so the load loss of our transformador is lower and the electric performance is better.
High-quality silicon-steel plates which are of lower unit loss, and the no-load of the transformadores is lower.
High-quality wooden laminating insulation pieces, which won’t split or move even under the influence of short circuit.
Thoroughly filtrated transformadores oil containing less water, gas and impurities, which makes our transformador es work better.
High-quality rubber sealing material, which can prevent the transformadores form aging or leakage.

 

Coil
The high-voltage(HV) coil adopts an interleaved-continuous structure to improve the voltage characteristics under impact voltage and make voltage evenly distributed. All stays and pads are chamfered to keep highly reliable insulation.
2. In the transformador winding there is a zigzag oil guide structure so as to fully cool all areas inside the winding, lower the temperature rise of the winding and the hot points of the winding and prolong the service life of insulation. The HV and MV regulation system are independently provided with voltage-regulating winding to balance the ampere turn of each winding-up,effectively lower the axial electrodynamic force generated at short-circuit of transformador and improve abrupt short-circuit withstanding capacity.
